Roundoff mark simplified

Allows for mass mark roundoff.

1) Select the academic year

2) Set/specify the margins (lower and upper)

3) Set the roundoff mark which will be visible to the right with the title "Roundoff settings."

4) Click the "Save" button.

5) Lastly click the "Roundoff marks" button
