# Grades sheet

Displays the failed and passed reports of courses of a program of a given school and class for a given semester per academic year. Candidates registered (CR), candidates examined (CE), grades associated with the course, and number.

1\) Select background

2\) Select school

3\) Select the program

4\) Select the level/class

5\) Select the semester

6\) Select the academic year

7\) Click the "Generate" button to get the frequency distribution that has the grades

8\) Click "Print" or "Download Excel" to get the frequency distributed alongside grades in a printed and downloadable format.
