Manage notifications

Notifications are announcements sent from the school to the students through the school app. The notifications option is to keep students up to date with the latest information and news on the go. Notifications can be sent to students, lecturers, or both (general).

General notification

General notifications are announcements sent from the school to the students and lecturers through the school app. 

1) Enter title

2) You can select the "level" or "choose all" so that all the students from undergraduate to postgraduate receive it.

3) Enter the submission date of the notification or announcement

4) select "general" for both students and staff or either students or staff

5) enter the description of the announcement

6) Click the button "save."

create (notification)

Allows for targeted announcements for students given school, department, program, class, and level as well as parents.

1) Click the drop-down arrow and select desired way audience

2) Select "notify students" or "notify parents."

 

SMS

Allows for targeted messages for students given school, department, program, class, and level as well as parents.
